Mr. Brown is a seasoned litigator with more than 15 years of business litigation experience. Mr. Brown’s litigation practice focuses on complex business disputes, internal corporate investigations, and government regulatory inquiries, as well as employment litigation disputes involving breaches of non-compete/non-solicitation agreements and executive compensation in federal, state, and alternative dispute forums.

Mr. Brown began his legal career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, followed by Blank Rome LLP. In addition, Mr. Brown served for four years as Chief Litigation Counsel at one of the nation’s largest retail grocery chains where he managed and oversaw myriad high-stakes business litigation disputes.
