Joseph M. Albanese

Joseph M. Albanese is of counsel to Pappalardo & Pappalardo, LLP. Mr. Albanese is a civil litigator who has been in private practice for more than thirty years. His background is in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, as well as general commercial litigation. He began his career as a high-volume plaintiff’s personal injury attorney – an area in which he is still actively perusing across the complete range of tort law.

Mr. Albanese has been of-counsel to various firms who use his services to represent their clients in these areas. Mr. Albanese is qualified in the state of New York as a Surrogate’s Court guardian ad litem. He has also served on the Board of Trustees of the Robert Louis Stevenson High School in New York City.
